BEFORE SENDING AN ITEM BACK
Please contact NOVRA first and include your order number, the product name and a short description of the issue. We'll confirm the appropriate return steps and destination.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Return eligibility, applicable time limits, item condition requirements and exclusions are governed by the current NOVRA return policy. Please review that policy before sending an item back.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and processed, any eligible refund is handled according to the current return policy and original payment method.
