NOVRA Outdoor sells outdoor-focused backpacks, storage bags and related outdoor gear. All products are intended for personal outdoor recreation use only. Commercial resale of our purchased goods without prior written permission from NOVRA Outdoor is prohibited.

 2. Account Responsibility

You are not required to register an account to place an order. When you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. All activities conducted under your account shall be your sole responsibility. You must provide accurate, complete and current contact and shipping information.

 3. Pricing & Payment

All product prices displayed on the Site are quoted in USD. Prices do not include import duties, VAT, local taxes or international shipping fees. We reserve the right to modify product pricing at any time without prior notice.

 Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept payments via PayPal. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method. In the event of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

After you successfully submit an order, you will receive an order-confirmation email. We do not guarantee immediate stock availability for every listed item. If an item becomes out-of-stock after you place an order, we will contact you for alternatives or issue a full refund.

 We ship goods from our warehouse in China. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, carrier disruptions or peak-season volume. Risk of loss for goods passes to you once the parcel is handed over to the international shipping carrier.

 5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, customs fees and local VAT incurred in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer). NOVRA Outdoor does not cover any import-related charges. Please check your local import regulations before completing purchase.

 6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including product images, logos, texts, graphic designs and brand marks belong to NOVRA Outdoor. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or reuse any site content for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent. You may not scrape our website data.

 7. Product Warranty
