Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email in case of shipping delays.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7-20 business days, depending on destination country and local customs processing.

All shipping times are estimations and cannot be fully guaranteed. Delivery delays may be caused by customs clearance, logistics events or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs and Import Duties

Import duties, customs taxes and related clearance fees are NOT included in item price or shipping cost. All import charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will be levied by local customs upon package delivery. Please review your local country customs regulations before completing your purchase.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping&confirmation email with tracking number so you can track your package online.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to wrong address, non-delivery or customer refusal to pay import fees, customer will be responsible for return-shipping cost. We will process refund or reshipment after we receive the returned parcel.
