To guarantee a reliable shopping experience for every customer, we provide a 2-Year Limited Warranty for all NOVRA backpacks and outdoor storage bags against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

1. Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty applies to products purchased directly from NOVRA Outdoor official website or authorized retailers, under normal outdoor use and proper daily maintenance. It covers all factory manufacturing defects throughout the valid warranty period, including but not limited to:

• Broken stitching, loose thread, and fabric splitting caused by manufacturing flaws

• Defective or non-functional zippers, buckles, adjustment straps, and hardware accessories

• Structural failure and abnormal damage of MOLLE webbing and load-bearing parts under normal use

• Any confirmed material and craftsmanship defects that affect normal outdoor use

Manufacturing defects usually occur within the early service life of the product and are not caused by external force or daily wear and tear.

2. Warranty Exclusions & Void Conditions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by non-manufacturing factors. The following situations are not eligible for free warranty service:

• Normal wear and tear: Slight fading, fabric aging, surface abrasion, zipper smoothness attenuation, and minor scratches generated during long-term outdoor use, which belong to the normal service life consumption of outdoor gear

• Improper use & negligence: Damage caused by overloading, violent pulling, falling, collision, immersion in water for a long time, exposure to extreme weather, or improper manual cleaning

• Unauthorized modification: Any self-modification, cutting, disassembly, or replacement of product accessories will immediately void the warranty

• Accidental & man-made damage: Artificial impact, scratch damage, chemical corrosion, and other external force damage

• Non-original purchase: Products purchased from unauthorized channels, counterfeit products, and products with altered or missing order records

3. Warranty Limitations

This 2-year limited warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser of the product, not applicable for gift recipients or second-hand buyers. NOVRA Outdoor reserves the final right to judge the validity of all warranty claims and determine the corresponding solutions.

4. Out-of-Warranty Maintenance Support

For damages beyond the warranty scope or expired warranty period, we still provide paid maintenance services. For simple damages such as local stitching and small-area tearing, we recommend local professional repair shops for faster processing. For complex structural damage, our customer support team can provide professional maintenance guidance and paid repair solutions.

All returned products must be kept clean and intact for inspection. Dirty, severely worn or artificially damaged returned goods will not be accepted for warranty processing.
